There are many reasons why people prefer online sessions. It is convenient, flexible and cost-saving. I can provide online sessions via Skype, WhatsApp, Zoom or Telephone. These mediums are all secure and confidential.
Booking an online session
If you would like to book an online session please contact me first either by phone/text or email.
We will arrange a suitable time and organise which medium we will use. We will also discuss fees and any further questions you have about online sessions.
I will email you an online client contract outlining confidentiality and GDPR procedures.
At our arranged appointment time I will contact you by either video call or telephone.
It is important that you have a private area/room where you will not be disturbed during our sessions.
Important - Please note
Online counselling is not suitable if you are experiencing an acute crisis or feeling suicidal.
In such instances, it is important that you contact your GP immediately or the Accident and Emergency Department at your nearest hospital.
The Samaritans and Pieta House are also a 24hr service in an emergency
Making a payment
A one hour session costs between 50-80 euro depending on type of session and your financial circumstances. Sessions are paid for in advance.
